Any recommendations for ebook designers?

I'm just finishing up Write More, Stress Less, which will be about12,000 words. At the moment, I'm thinking of publishing it withBookLocker. I'm hoping to find a designer who could create a cover page,format the PDF version, and design a template for email courses on writing productivity.Any suggestions would be welcome.See More
